1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and m8bet333 ("Platform", "we"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds or using any services provided by m8bet333, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the m8bet333 platform. Continued use of this platform after any changes to these terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Player Eligibility

To register and use m8bet333 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition imposed by any statutory body.
• Use the platform personally and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not have had an account previously closed by m8bet333 due to fraud or a prior breach of terms.

3 Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to register one (1) personal account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. This includes your full name, MyKad number, mobile phone number and an active email address. Providing false information is a serious breach that may result in account termination and the freezing of related funds.

• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your account.
• Your password must be kept confidential and not shared with anyone.

4 Deposits and Payments

m8bet333 supports a range of secure and trusted payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. Deposits can be made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30 regardless of the payment method chosen. All deposits will be credited to the player's account as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider.

• All deposits must originate from an account or wallet registered in the player's own name.
• Deposits made through third parties or using another person's payment method are prohibited.
• m8bet333 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify the source of funds for compliance purposes.

5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawal processing takes between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the method chosen. Supported withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX and cryptocurrency.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's last deposit unless there is a technical reason that prevents this. m8bet333 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving a withdrawal.

• Withdrawals from bonus balances can only be made after wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• m8bet333 reserves the right to delay suspicious withdrawals for internal review.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

m8bet333 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit for new players, up to a maximum value of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

As a calculation example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100 bringing your account balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000. For a deposit of RM3,200 with the maximum bonus of RM1,500, the balance becomes RM4,700 and the wagering requirement is RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

• Each player is only eligible to claim the welcome bonus once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player.
• m8bet333 reserves the right to modify or end any promotion without prior notice.
• Misuse of promotions, including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in all accounts being closed.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed through the m8bet333 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring all bet details are correct before confirmation is made. m8bet333 is not responsible for errors made by the player.

In the event of a technical error or system disruption during gameplay, m8bet333 reserves the right to void or correct the result of the affected game. Any winnings resulting from a technical error will not be credited and may be reclaimed if they have already been credited.

• Bets placed using methods that violate the game rules may be voided.
• m8bet333 reserves the right to limit the betting amount for certain players at its sole discretion.
• The use of automated software, bots, or external tools to increase winnings is prohibited.

8 Player Conduct

Players are required to interact with the m8bet333 platform and support team in a polite and respectful manner. Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward our staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate account suspension.

• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity conducted through this platform is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Colluding with other players to exploit the system or manipulate games is a serious violation.
• Players must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the country where they play.

9 Account Termination

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the m8bet333 customer support team. Prior to account closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard terms.

m8bet333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or for legal and regulatory compliance purposes. In such cases, balances associated with activity that breaches the terms may be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Amendments to Terms

m8bet333 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this website. Players are advised to review these terms periodically to ensure they remain aware of the latest conditions.

Notice of significant changes may be communicated via email or in-platform notifications. However, the responsibility to monitor any changes rests entirely with the player.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the international licensing jurisdiction under which m8bet333 operates. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before being referred to an appropriate tribunal or dispute resolution body.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the extent necessary to make it valid, while the remaining provisions of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
